How to Cancel Your Piggo Subscription

Most hosts make this hard to find. We'd rather you could leave easily and come back later than feel trapped and resent us.
It takes about thirty seconds.
Step 1 - Open your service
Log in to the billing portal at billing.piggo.host, find your server under your services, and click Manage.

Step 2 - Cancellation options
On the service page, choose Cancel Options.

Step 3 - Choose when, and tell us why
Pick when you want it to end:
- At the end of the current period - you keep playing until the date you've already paid for. Nothing is charged after that. This is the one most people want.
- Immediately - the server stops now.
Then there's a short box for the reason. It's optional, but I read every one of them and it's genuinely how we decide what to fix next.

That's it. You'll get a confirmation email, and no further payments are taken.
What happens to your world
We keep everything for 30 days. World, mods, configs, the lot. If your group comes back within that time, message us and we'll have you running again on the same world - you don't start over.
After 30 days it's deleted permanently.
If you know you'll be back but it might be longer than a month, tell us before the 30 days are up. We'd rather keep your files than delete them.
Before you go - two cheaper options
If the reason is money or "we're not playing much right now", you don't have to cancel at all:
Pause - €5/month. Everything stays exactly as it is, stored and safe. One click to start playing again whenever the group comes back. No time limit.
A smaller plan. If 12 GB is more than you need, we can move you down. Takes a minute and your world comes with you.
Just message us on Discord or reply to any of our emails. We're not going to argue with you or make you sit through a retention script - if you want to leave, the button above works fine. But if a cheaper option would have suited you better, it seems silly not to mention it.
If something went wrong
If you're cancelling because something's broken, lagging, or we handled something badly - tell us before you go. Not to change your mind, just so we know. Half of what we've improved this year came from someone saying what annoyed them.
